Magnehelic Gauge Calibration

For businesses involved in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, Innovave offers on-site magnehelic gauge calibration. We calibrate magnehelic gauges of various brands and types, including Dwyer, Terra Universal, and others. In order to verify linearity and hysteresis, we calibrate each magnehelic gauge at ten test points: five in the upscale direction and five in the downscale direction. Most calibration providers neglect to evaluate the downscale calibration, which is where most magnehelic gauge failures occur. Through the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and NABL, all calibrations may be tracked back to the International System of Units (SI), which was created by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures. We can calibrate the magnethelic gauge at our calibration laboratory or on-site at your establishment.
